Buyer Registration

All prospective buyers must register prior to bidding.

​Buyer Registration closes 24 hours before auction day.

Buyer Requirements:

  • Valid identification

  • Refundable bidding deposit. QAR 5,000

  • Applied to the purchase price if successful. Forfeited in case of default.

Entry Information

Entry fee: Displayed and applicable per horse.

Reserve prices accepted.

Commission applies as agreed.

Horses sold as is, where is.

All consignors must submit the official entry form with required documents.

Auction Terms

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sales are governed by the Al Naif Stud Auction Terms & Conditions (2025–2026), including but not limited to:

  • Binding sale at fall of hammer

  • Full payment due within 7 days

  • Risk transfers at fall of hammer

  • Collection within 5 days after payment

  • Storage charges apply thereafter
